How admissions works

The form takes 15 minutes. Three best pieces of work, live social profiles, your market, your rates.
- 02Review
The admissions team screens every application on five axes: craft, hook, brand safety, niche fit, professionalism. Invited applicants receive a decision within 72 hours.
- 03The decision
Members are admitted in quarterly cohorts. Waitlisted applicants can move up by referral.
Admissions are limited because demand exceeded this cohort. An invitation fast-tracks review. It never bypasses it. Every invitation carries the member's name.
ESCROW
Payment held in escrow. Released when the cut ships.
Brands pay upfront. Creators get paid on delivery. The money is safe in between, so neither side has to chase the other.
Escrow runs on Stripe. Funds are held until the brand accepts the cut, then settle to the creator in their own currency, in full. The brand’s plan fee is added at checkout, so creators keep 100% of their agreed rate.

What counts as an active creator
A creator counts when you start an active collaboration with them during the billing month. That includes accepting their campaign application, having an invitation accepted, or starting a direct paid collaboration.
Browsing a profile, saving a creator, or receiving an application does not use the allowance. A campaign can receive a hundred applications without spending a single active-creator slot before you choose anyone.

What applicants ask
- What does membership cost?
- Creators pay nothing and keep 100% of their agreed rate. The platform fee is charged to the brand, not to you, and every campaign is itemized on a ledger both sides see.
- Where does the money sit during a campaign?
- In escrow, held via Stripe. The brand funds the campaign before work starts. The creator is paid when the work is accepted, in their own currency.
- Who reviews applications?
- The admissions team, against the same five axes for every applicant: craft, hook, brand safety, niche fit, professionalism. Scores are recorded and not disclosed.
- How long does review take?
- Invited applications receive a decision within 72 hours. Applications are otherwise reviewed in cohort order, quarterly. Every decision is emailed.
- What happens if I am not admitted this cycle?
- Waitlisted is not rejected. Waitlisted applications are re-reviewed when the next cohort opens, and referrals move you up. A declined application can be submitted again after 90 days.
- Who is UGCollab not for?
- Follower-count influencer campaigns, affiliate posting, and one-off cheap content runs. The network is built for briefed, escrowed, delivered work, wherever it ships.
